FUTURE SCHOLAR

The value of a college education is undeniable. One of the South Carolina State Treasurer’s top priorities is to administer the Future Scholar 529 College Savings Plan. CHC was asked to present a creative strategy and plan to help South Carolina understand the value in investing early for their children’s future educational expenses.

CHC wrote and produced the advertising. Upon completion of the first year of advertising, new scholarship accounts and contributions to the plan had increased by more than 100 percent (more than ever before) and continued to climb in each year as we produced new creative.
